Brian S. Beck

Recognized Leader In Conflict Resolution

Brian is chief executive officer and owner of OvalOptions, which he co-founded in 2011. In his role as CEO, Brian leads strategic development, project oversight for key accounts, and panel recruitment and management. Along with the leadership team, he is focused on building OvalOptions’ reputation as a national leader in the mediation community. 

Brian uses alternative dispute resolution approaches to resolve workplace conflict. He provides clients with the tools to understand the root causes of disagreements and develop solutions to create more effective teams, improve internal culture and reduce turnover. 

Brian completed a master’s in conflict resolution from the University of Denver in 2010 and founded its Society for Conflict Resolution (SCORE). He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from University of Denver’s University College.

Fun Fact:

Brian participated in marching and concert bands throughout high school and college. Although he is rusty, he can play the saxophone, flute, and clarinet.
